Hotel Indigo Jacksonville-Deerwood Park

Fantastic service, unique features, small pool up to 5ft. with a waterfall and hot tub. No room service available during my stay but Javier, at front desk, was happy to order from local restaurant and have delivered. Excellence all around. Thank you. Hope to be back soon! Houston Farmer Jr.

Hotel was under renovations so had a few bumps. Furniture in need of repair. Shower over flowed into tile due to poor design .

The hotel staff was polite. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean. They were working on the hot water during our stay. The water outage was supposed to be from 10 t 230 but it lasted longer than that. The area around the hotel is very nice.

Hotel is at the end of small shopping street by the lake. Very unique room setup.

The rooms were very clean
