I had a wonderful time, there.. the receptionist Shaquita was very helpful……

Nice room good staff. Especially the Maitenance man who made a temporary repair immediately upon hearing of a problem.
However there is a fee charged upon checking in for emanates and the hotel is very slow at returning your unused funds.

I'm a local resident, just needed a hotel to stay for a work Christmas party. I always choose Hotel Indigo. Great staff, clean hotel, love it!

We had to beg for towels the room layout was terrible for a very expensive room that was supposed to give us extra space to relax didn't exist that way the restaurant was poorly managed and the person at the bar couldn't even make a drink

We were in town for a fun weekend of shopping. The hotel was very well maintained, the staff was small but very accommodating and friendly. The location was great for shopping, right in the middle of everything!

Great hotel with reasonable pricing

I had a great time spending one night at the hotel. We had a company party and wanted a closer location to return too afterward. Room was clean, large and comfy.

Positive: Location was perfect. I was there for a robotic competition and it was within walking distance and also plenty of choices of places to eat with in 5 miles of the hotel. Negative: After the first night no clean towels, after the second night no clean towels so I called the front desk and complain. They asked if I could come down and pick up the towels... WHAT?!?! Our trash cans were over flowing when we left! Horrible maid service!
