Hotel Indigo Brooklyn

This hotel is not prepared to serve guests. They are under supplied with basic things like soap and understaffed. Morale of staff is poor which makes me wonder if they are going to be closing or selling the place. Don't waste your money!

Our room had a broken window so lots of cold air was coming in. The heater was broken too, so our room was ice cold. They did not have another two bed room. Engineer gone for the day. The front desk lent us a space heater. It didn't help because of the broken window. They had no duck tape to at least seal it up. I had to go to Target to buy my own duck tape and fix the window myself, which helped a little bit. On top of it all, the restroom was not the cleanest, and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. I'm going to be expecting a refund since I bought my own tape and sealed the window. I wasted a day of my vacation, trying to solve this issue. I could've at least gotten two single bed rooms, but the guy at the front desk didn't know how to accommodate me. The staff was nice, and it looked like they were trying to solve the issue. I felt bad for them because it's not their fault.

Absolute worst experience I've had in a hotel in the city. Expensive, rude desk attendant, smelled bad, tiny room, not clean, this list could go on and on. Don't recommend staying here (Downtown Brooklyn location specifically)

Run don't walk away from this place! It was closed down during the pandemic and the city opened as a homeless shelter. The place is an absolute dump! The restaurants not open, the workout centers not open and the rooms have broken showers, TV'S, refrigerator was missing the heat would not turn off. It was 79 degrees in the room but couldn't turn on A/C. Then on checkout they told there was charge since I used my free Anniversary night thru my IHG credit card but yet was charged $100!! Still trying to get that resolved. I don't blame the front office staff they can only work work with what they have. They moved me out of that room and at least the next room wasn't 78°. The 1st room I literally had to hold the shower head in my hand to take a shower, see the picture.

Experience was not good. Spent 2 nights there and the shower was clogged. Notified Front desk several times but no one came to fix it.

We had some issues checking on and as did others. In fact the lady at the front desk literally quit her job and walked off two people before me. First time I've ever seen that happen. The rooms were small which are expected but were fine. The only issue that we had regarding the room was the shower had some leak in the wall where it leaked through the closet and into the main room by the bed.

This place doesn't have drinking water! Rooms are dirty and we don't get refill of consumables like coffee and sugar.

We booked this and canceled when we got there. The hotel is in disrepair and very dirty. Definitely not as represented online. The lobby bathrooms were dirty and had no soap. Apparently its a 15 floor hotel and we over heard that the only had one person working house keeping. I was charged to cancel.
