truck towed in beginning of September for recall for the high pressure fuel pump. schdeded appointment came and went no communication from them i called several times no answer. Weeks later after attempting to reach someone i finally got told the recall is done but it still wont start due to not getting fuel, we need $140 to diagnose it and the tech is backed up.Report
Week went by no communication, month went by no communication.
So i call the dealerships main office in Gilbert and they called the dealership and i was told it will be looked at in a week we will cover the diag fee. That appointment came and went no communication so I once again called no answer sent email no reply. Called office in Gilbert and they called and asked few minutes later got a call from the dealerships GM saying it might be the in tank fuel pump but we have to drop the tank.
They now have had my vehicle for 2 months
So I contacted Ram customer care, Ram CEO. Both sent emails and calls with no response. (They still have not got any response from the dealership)
Days then Weeks went by and nothing, I finally asked the Gilbert office for the dealerships owners contact information due to all of this, an hour went by and the GM of the dealership sent me an actual text message. Was told they haven't even dropped the tank yet ill get it in. Few days went by and got a text fuel pump is bad and it's not related to the recall for the high pressure fuel pump can get it fixed for $840 and I'll get the part ordered. (Has been 3 months now since they had my vehicle)
Week, then weeks went by still not fixed why because once again service department faild to keep track on schdeded appointments and communicating with management and customers. Finally after more called to main office in Gilbert and texting the GM vehicle finally was taken back in.
Wasn't until end of December it got my vehicle back.
GM didn't charge me for the repair most likely because of the lack of communication and or it actually did fall under the recall for high pressure fuel pump or the tech did something during the recall that caused the pump to burn up.
When my truck was first brought in I talked to sales about trading in sales guy took an hour looking at my truck taking photos and all the other stuff they do to get a trade value. Told me he would call, I sent sales guy texts, calls and Facebook message with 4 vehicles i was interested in. Not one reply back even though it showed he opened my messages.
Called sales department a a month after my truck has been at the dealership and just happend to get transferred to the original sales guy who did the trade value and never responded back to me. During this call he said "my GM wont give me value because it's in service and we can't test drive it".
But then my brother in-law had his 2500 diesel truck towed in for a blown transmission and the same sales guy tool his truck in as a trade in the same day. Correct me if I wrong but you can't test drive a vehicle with a blown transmission.
But now that I have my truck back have several warning lights on , park brake light, service 4x4 , front parking sensor light and stong DEF oder inside the cab none of which was on before it went in.
GM said he was going to do oil change and replace the fuel filter also which they didn't do.
Took down my first review when the dealership had my vehicle but now I'm reposting.
Dealership never responded to Ram customer escalation support or Ram CEO secretary.
Thankyou always ☺Report
Very frustrating trying to find a Jeep for sale, none of their listings include the milage, a very basic piece of information! I looked everywhere on the listings, it just isn't there. Won't be shopping here for my gladiator. Plus I would be driving out from Mesa, and I see from another review that they are not above selling vehicles out from under you, so that solidifies my decision. Won't be wasting my time and frustration here.Report
Vehicle has been sitting at the dealership for a month and half now and still no answer. Dealership wants me to pay for a rental car and then "reimburse" me after my cars fixed????Report
Went down 3 times to see about a new car and I still have not received any word from the sales guy on any questions.
Reasons I'm told it's taking so long " we only have one certified technician"
"We don't provide any loaner vehicles"
Well guess what your #1 competition in town provides loaner vehicles to customers. Also whenever a customer wants to talk to the general manager he makes himself available unlike the general manager at Dodge who always says "I'm busy."
Took my Jeep in for a standard oil change and a few other things. They handled everything very well and had great customer service.Report
Kevin and Mike were great to work with. Took care of me. This isn't your typical car buying experience!Report
Bought a truck from here at the end of February 2024, waited for my plates to come in the mail and they never came. After lots of back and forth with the dealership, I was told AFTER my temporary tags had expired, that they cannot register the vehicle I bought from them and that it is now up to me to figure it out. They still haven't sent the title to my lien holder. I was told I would get a refund check for the sales tax and registration fees they charged me (over $3,000) I now have a vehicle that has been unregistered for 3 weeks now. I can't even register the vehicle myself as they are holding the title. I have called and called and keep getting excuses. I'm left with a vehicle I can't drive due to fear of getting pulled over for expired tags. They say they are in touch with corporate, but everytime I reach out to them, they haven't came to a resolution. Save yourself time and money and buy a vehicle somewhere else.Report

I feel this company is nothing short of a rip off. They charge me $140 to plug my car into the computer that I could’ve done it AutoZone for free they gave me no resolution only wanting me to schedule another appointment for diagnostics at the rate of $260, this is not feasible. This car was purchased February 15 of 2024 and less than three months later. It’s already in the shop with the engine light and they don’t Want to fix it up charges so that they can be profitableReport
