i had gotten an estimate for my things to be packed, loaded, moved and unloaded to be 5-6hrs. the morning of my move, the driver called when they were on their way and arrived on time and got to work immediately packing and loading. they meticulously wrapped and packed everything from my kitchen all the way down to my closet and 3 shoe racks - which were no small task. they unloaded everything in its respective locations and even set up
my bedroom. Kyle, Nolan and Nick were all extremely polite, respectful, professional and efficient and i cannot recommend them enough. i've hired movers before and these guys are by far the best. 11/10 would recommend and use again!!

Chris and his team of movers were professional from beginning to end. They provided moving boxes to us in the Quad Cities ahead of time with a walk-through so we knew what to expect. His team was able to move our boxes and furniture within the timeframe they estimated with good quality. They are a great team I'd highly recommend.

We had a great experience using Chris and Horizon movers! They moved us from Davenport, IA to Denver, CO and helped us pack a large truck my husband drove with our first load and then back 2 weeks later to pack a huge truck that they drove out. Everything arrived unharmed!! They were all courteous, professional, patient, fast and responsive with our questions. We are very thankful for Chris and his team for getting us back to Colorado!

Chris is also a realtor, and since we used him, he moved us for free! Top noch crew

We recently hired Horizon Movers and Climate Control Storage to move us from the Le Claire Iowa to the suburbs of Minneapolis MN. We have done interstate moves 4 times in the last 8 years and this was by far our best moving experience. Chris and the team fully shrink wrapped and padded our furniture prior to putting it into their climate controlled storage, where it was stored for 3 months while we found a new home. We have white cloth couches and chairs and with every other move we've had to professionally clean them once out of storage. Not this time! They were as clean as the day they packed them. Same goes for all our possessions, no damage or issues with anything, we really appreciate the great job they did and would highly recommend them to any one in the QC area.

Chris has moved me a number of times over the last several years. I recently retired and moved to Florida and Chris moved me down here. He and his employees always show up when promised and deliver one promised. They go above and beyond to make sure that all your furniture and other items are in the place that you want them. They take great care not to scratch any floors or door jambs when they're moving you out or in. I've never had anything broken when he's moved me. I can highly recommend Horizon movers for either local or long distance moving!

We are so glad we picked the Best moving company in the QCA. Chris and his team moved us from Walcott, Iowa to West Branch , Iowa. The first was to pack the house in August from Walcott in a large truck and one Pod and store it until our closing in September. All of the boxes we had chose to pack ourselves were loaded professionally. They even offer services to pack boxes for you. The rest of the furniture was carefully wrapped in stretch wrap and moving pads. The Team worked non stop. The large truck had to be unloaded and stored until the move to West Branch. Then the truck had to be reloaded for West Branch. ALL of our items and furniture arrived in PERFECT condition. Thank You for all the hard work and Awesome to work with.

Moving is certainly a stressful time and seemingly endless, but Chris, Kyle, Nolan and Nick made this process as stress-free and calming as they possibly could. I can't say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and client-focused approach to doing business.

Chris went above and beyond to try and help schedule the move and was on the phone way after normal business hours coordinating the details.

Kyle, Nolan and Nick are three of the hardest workers I've seen - I can't remember them stopping to take a breather. They took care of our belongings just like they would take care of their own. They also communicated with us constantly in making the process smooth and efficient from start to finish.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Horizon Movers to anyone who is considering a move, whether that's from a home to another home, or a business location to another business location. They are worth every penny!
