Awesome dealership and staff that me and my family have been dealing with for the last 20+ years. Always a pleasure to work with and really treat you like family. Mr. Ed Obrien is our go to salesman who never disappoints and goes that extra mile to get us where we need to be. As well as the sales staff the service department is on top of their game when it comes to complete satisfaction. They keep us informed of their progress and completion of the task getting us in and out as promised. If any concerns arise or issues, they do their best to make good on everything. This is all why we come back when it comes time for a new ride and would definitely recommend them to all friends and family.

Came all the way from alabama for a car and had a very pleasant experience. Mr Tony even gave me a ride to the car rental place so i can drop my rented car.

Tony Pu was more than just our Sales person. Tony delivers more than words. This is our 2nd Dodge truck but this Dealership in Summerville is ? awesome and is our first purchase from them. My spouse and I are satisfied.

I haven't had good service with them, I just purchased a vehicle about 2-3 months ago and the back suspension, brake pump, and battery is in awful condition. They gave me the run around for 2 months. After i stayed on them, they finally cut me a check to reimburse me for the money I spent.

Awful customer service....the employee's did not make my business feel appreciative. I shouldn't have to fight hard to be accommodated for service that is owed to me after I purchased a vehicle there...the service was absolutely disappointing

My experience has been horrible. However, when I saw that 12 complaints have been filed to the Better Business Bureau in the last 3 years and 5 of them within the last 12 months, this brought more validity to my experience because it was similar to those that went to Hoover. For your sanity and safety, please stay away. I wish I would have looked at the reviews and checked the BBB before I went there.

The process of purchasing our new Ram 1500 was great from start to finish! Our salesperson Hunter was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional! The sales manager Paul went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable while working to help us get the best deal possible! Overall it was a great experience!
