We went here to have a potential used car purchase inspected. They not only inspected the car thoroughly and gave us written information on the small issues they found, Quentin was kind enough to talk with us in detail about the whole process and to answer a lot of questions. All the staff we worked with were friendly and helpful: great service overall.

Excellent service in a timely, friendly, and cost efficient manner. I took my 2012 Jaguar in for oil change, brake change, and new tires 12-03-21. I couldn't be more pleased with all aspects of the service (customer service, quality of service, and cost of services provided). My only regret is that I did not learn of them earlier. I give them a 5 star rating.

My family has been a customer of Hoover Automotive for several years. They have always done a great job and they stand behind their work. We have yet to have an auto issue that they couldn't fix. I have no reservation in recommending them for any automotive maintenance or repair.

Cannot say enough good things about Josh and his team at Hoover Automotive! I took my car in because it was making some funny sounds and it needed an oil change. It turns out that my engine was leaking oil. Instead of trying to sell my on how they were going to fix it they gave it to me straight and said that it would cost more to repair than it would be to trade my car in for a different one. It wasn't the answer that I wanted, but it was the answer that I trusted because they weren't trying to squeeze money out of me. They gave me the advice that was going to keep me safe. Life long customers now!
