Had my couch thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. David explained in detail before starting and did advise it may not come clean. It did and now I know the trick to get the cats to stay off it. Thank you David for your expertise and honest work.

I paid for a deep cleaning of my carpet before David left. I pointed out to him that the carpet wasn't properly cleaned, and he said it would look better when it dried. I waited a day, but I could still see dirt in the carpet. I called the office, and they asked me to send photos, which I did. They replied with a question mark. I called again, but no one answered.

A friend referred Honor Carpet to my family and I. Best Carpet Company I have ever used. Dave was straight with me about problem areas from wear and tear to my Fur babies having accidents. Some rooms need a lil more treatment than others. I left to run errands when I got back I was surprised by how fresh looking and smelling our home became. Thank You Dave for the great experience!

The company did a great job on my carpets and booking was easy on the phone. I give one star because I am very unhappy with what I got charged. I got an add in the mail that said 4 rooms 99$ with FREE sanitizer de odorizer and disinfectant. My neighbor also used this company and called when he got the flyer in the mail for the deal he got the 3 room $70 special. My house is very clean and my dog rarely goes to the bathroom on the carpets and the carpets do not stink. I verified on the phone when booking that it was $99. The service provider shows up hands me a quote for $153 stating it’s for “deodorizer” I told him the deal I was getting and he acted as if he didn’t know and I asked if he’s the owner he said no. Me not being confrontational as the providers are already in my house I wrote the check and said I would call, I called last Thursday and the gentleman on the phone said the provider did not bring the statement in yet and he would call me the next day, Friday comes he did not call, I called him and he said he would give me A call when the statements there. Today is Wednesday no call back and my check was cashed today. There would have been no reason to charge me for deodorizer. My neighbor also has a dog and was not charged extra. I was not expecting to pay $153 and would greatly appreciate a refund of the difference which is why I contacted the business twice with no resolution. The add says one price and the provider comes and charges another. While the provider was at my home I asked him if they do couches and how much because I was interested for the future he told me $150 then I told him not today, 5 minutes later he asked and said he would do for $100 I declined. Inconsistent pricing.

The worst experience and only time I have ever had a problem with a carpet cleaner making excuses as to why he cannot complete the job. He is disrespectful and rude and he will be out of business by the end of this week. I see all his reviews review him as bad as he really is. I looked at the wrong place before hiring this most disrespectful man I have ever been addressed by in my life. I have tons of black friends and than God NOBODY is anything like this piece of garbage. Instead of talking, maybe he should have done his job right both the 1st and 2nd time. He left without finishing the job. He has no clue how easy I can put him out of busines. HE WILL. HOW DARE SOMEONE COME INTO MY HOME AND DISRESPECT THE HOME OWNER AND DO AN INCOMPLETE JOB NO LESS. NOT SATISFACTION GUARANTEED. DISSATISFACTION GUARENTEED!!!!!!
