Add ReviewHad oil change on my 2012 Civic HF done last week. After a few days, noticed sticky oil on my garage floor. Hope you guys will fix this because this happened to me at a local japanese auto shop 2 months ago, and this is unacceptable returning to Honda West.Report
This place is great. A lot of my friends and family have gotten cars here. The deals are good and the service is unmatched. Danielle and Kenny are the best.Report
Came in with nothing, left out with something thanks to Darryl for helping me in a major way. Forever thankfulReport
ALGO ESTA MAL AQUI!Report
Recently purchased a 2025 CRV with Jilmar from Honda West. Jilmar was very efficient and got to the point quickly which was great since I had my kids with me. Didn’t expect to purchase a car but Jilmar and Wei made it easy and attainable. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you Jilmar and Honda WestReport
Had my 2016 Honda Odyssey serviced here for the first and LAST TIME EVER. Problem was a cable would not open the fuel fill door. [The cable itself broke]Report
They replaced the cable at a cost of $635.69 !!!!!!!!!!!
Break down is as follows:
Cable: $110.54
Labor: 443.76
Misc: 66.56 [that Mysterious "shop supplies" charge]
Tax: 14.83
When I got home, I looked up the cable--Honda Autonation, a sister corp sells it to you for $39.15---RETAIL
I went to the Odyssey web forum and an untrained customer posted about his own fuel cap cable replacement DIY experience:
"Once the new Honda cable was reinstalled, from rear to front, I only made a small adjustment to the latch bracket. It needed a slight bend to allow the door to open consistently. The entire installation job, once I realized where the cable fits, took around an hour. Finding how to open the panels was the most difficult part. I hope this is helpful."
This was an HOUR for an amateur DO_IT_YOURSELFER and the highly skilled tech at HONDA West charged me $443.76 for an hour job!!
Thieves is too kind a description of theses guys. Avoid unless you enjoy paying two to three times more than an honest place would charge..
The customer service I received from Honda West was amazing. I worked with Ben, Nate, and finance, and they all had outstanding customer service. I would recommend them highly.Report
Thanks to Megan for starting the process with my internet search and for Marcus my sales consultant for explaining everything about the Honda Accord Sport L Hybrid and closing the deal. He was professional and has a great demeanor and personality. I really enjoy the new car and best of all, it is a Honda. I highly recommend Marcus and team for your next purchase or lease. Thanks Again everyone at Honda West !! Thanks RobReport
I recently purchased a brand-new Honda CR-V Hybrid from Honda West just 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the Blind Spot Monitoring System already has a problem. I scheduled a service appointment, but no one informed me that it would take the entire day. I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM and was told I may have to wait until 2, 3, or even 4 PM. This is especially inconvenient on a Saturday—when they don’t even offer a shuttle service.Report
This experience has been very disappointing. For a new vehicle to have issues this quickly is frustrating enough, but the lack of communication and poor customer service made it worse. I expected better from Honda.
Took my civic in and had to have the transmission replaced. Transmission replacement went well (aside from not putting the air input boot in correctly), but my splash guard never got re-attached, no response after a litany of calls and emails.Report
