Add ReviewHad a great experience with both Richard and Kendra! Richard showed me the car I was interested in, I felt that he was very honest about everything and I never felt pressured or rushed in the process. Kendra in finance also made the process extremely easy while also being thorough and answering all questions we had. Overall I had a very positive experience buying a used car here and I would recommend them.Report

This is by far the worst dealership I've ever walked into. I was interested in getting a test drive on the CR-V Sport Touring model and explicitly stated beforehand to the SA who helped us, Richard, that we were in the dealership just to get a test drive today, with no other major decision-making. The driving experience was fantastic; it was a nice vehicle indeed, but the "services" that came after, which I didn’t ask for, are what I'm particularly irritated by. Richard sat us down and stated that we couldn’t leave the dealership until we went through some standardized process, which I thought would be quick and not mentally draining, but I was terribly wrong. Richard pulled out the pricing of the new vehicle that we’d just test drove and started his long-haul sales pitch. I understood that it is his job to do that, but I interrupted him multiple times and stated that I had no intention of talking about pricing—whether I’m leasing, financing, or buying in cash from them—at the moment. I felt trapped, uncomfortable, and disrespected by how Richard consistently brought the topic of discussion back to making an offer for a new car that I did not want to buy. We were only told that we were "FREE TO GO" after he ran out of his tactical sales strategies and had a passive aggressive phone call with his manager. All that terrible customer experience, just to test drive one vehicle. A clear example of why people nowadays expect a bad experience at car dealerships.Report
Absolutely recommend Ben! He was awesome and made my experience fun, informative and smooth. He did not make me feel pressured into making a decision and took his time with my family and I. 10/10 experience with BenReport
I purchased a used Honda and couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Richard Maxwell listened and responded with exact purchase options that fit our needs. The purchase procedure went smoothly and without any delays.Report

Bad service advisor whose name is Calvin H***. We have got diagnostic my 2016 Honda Civic they require to change fuel pump and fuel tube which is usually located behind the fuel tank. When I ask him about the price he said that 13 hours job. Gas tank remove and replace should take 6.1 hours (I am not sure if the tank is really needs to be removed for air vent!) lets say they removing the gas tank and they charge double money. When I ask him about it Calvin said that “do it yourself” He is sooo rudeee!Report
This was a very bad experience. Car was misdiagnosed and then given unnecessary service.Report
Brought my car in for service, I was very nervous cause of previous experience in Framingham. I couldn’t be more pleased with the process, professionalism of Alex, he was so nice and had my car done in a few hours.Report
Had an awesome experience buying my car thanks to Ferdinand! He was super helpful, patient, and really took the time to make sure I got the right car for me. No pressure, no gimmicks—just great service and honest advice. The whole process was easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated.Report
