I bought my minivan in September of 2024 with the full warranty. In February, we scheduled an appointment to bring it in for repairs. They said it would take a while and they didn't have any loaners. I need my car so I asked them to call me when a loaner was available. Despite me calling repeatedly asking for an update, they do not call me back nor have they provided a loaner so I can get my car fixed. Basically, my car is broken and even though I have a warranty, I can't get it fixed. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Appointment was easy to set up, dropping off the car for the repair was smooth as was picking it up. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and friendly.
