Sherif helped me with my purchase of a 2025 CR-V. He reviewed the various options with me, and did a great job of walking me through the purchase process. During the test drive, he took the opportunity to highlight all of the interior controls on the vehicle.

Overall good experience. Salesperson, Sherif Ibrahim was personable, knowledgeable about the vehicle options/features and followed up with answers to all our questions. Only issue was the wait time to complete the financing process.

When I purchesed my Honda CRV 2 years ago I was told I'm getting 3 complementary oil change/tire rotation. 🤔😡 I set up my last appointment for today with a lady that confirmed while setting the appointment that I'm all good if I do it until the end of March. 👍📅 Today when I arrived, I was told by the maintenance people that my free oil change had expired and that they can't honor what I was promised when I purchesed my vehicle. 😠👎 Bad practises 😤
