Had a really surprisingly nice experience here when looking for a used car. If you’re not a white straight dude, buying a car can feel like going on a bunch of lousy first dates with guys that aren’t worth the time it took to put the makeup on your face. Working with Andrew was different! He was super laid back, didn’t get pushy or weirdly intimidating when I didn’t find exactly what I wanted at his place. He let me talk on the phone endlessly while I talked things over with my money guy. His supervisor was golden retriever boyfriend material, to boot. It felt so comfortable that I honestly wish I could give them my business as a reward. If you’re looking to work with people who’ll treat you like humans and not dollar signs - I recommend Andrew very highly! Also the test drive route is killer at sunset, pro tip. Thanks friends!

I am having mechanical issues with my car, and unfortunately moved to another state and they are being SO amazing and understanding, trying to help me to the best of their ability not being in the state of Oregon anymore

Do not buy a used car here they clearly don’t do any kind of inspections. We got a beautiful ford explorer here but it had a frozen touchscreen , but we wanted the car so we took it as they told us we could schedule it at a later time to get the screen fixed. Finally 2 months later they took it in to fix the screen, they never called us on an update I called a week later and they said they had shipped it off and it was gonna be a while, they never offered us a rental , when I called another week later they put me on a list for a rental I never got. We finally got the car back after almost a month and not even a week later the battery dies!we take it in again and they didn’t want to but they did replace the battery. Now not even a month after that I have an pop up on my dashboard showing the airbag is gonna deflate, so to the manager reading this , if this airbag goes off in my face you will be getting a lawsuit!
