First time bought a car here. Hash was very helpful and made my purchase smooth and easy. Recommended him.

I started my car shopping online. Jennifer had reached out to me with an offer. I went in and met with her to accept the offer. Next, went to financing and signed.

I was dreading having to deal with a car salesperson. To my surprise, Jennifer made it a quick and easy car buying experience! Thank you!

Amazing Team out here in Hayward Honda and I would highly recommend working with Cesar Sandoval! Came in looking for a used car but I had read the description incorrectly. Cesar helped me find the perfect car and helped work out a deal that was amazing. I must have made him walk over a couple of miles from grabbing keys and back and forth from the sales managers but he still had a smile and time for jokes throughout the whole process.

The finance manager Aziz was great. Didn't push any extra products or programs just provided me with all of the information and provided me insight on what the future markets were expecting to look like. Wonderful car buying experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a Honda

Customer service during the sales process was great. Very smooth process in the F/I department. I had set everything up before arriving at the dealership. When I showed up, the car was prepped and ready to go.

Overall good points from the Sales side of things.

Unfortunately, the vehicle (‘25 Accord Hybrid) threw multiple (all systems) errors and is now in the shop at my closest dealership with only 103 miles on the odometer.

Elmin was fantastic. Def don’t go to him unless you want to drive the car off the lot. He was super knowledgeable, gave honest opinions about the cars we looked at, and they have someone to buff your old and new car.

I made an appointment with Bong for Saturday, 3/29/25. From the moment I met him, I felt a very relaxed, casual vibe as if I knew him already. I test drove the CRV Sport Touring. I was sold! Bong eased the anxiety of purchasing a new car. He, Jennifer, and Matt were wonderful! The entire experience from beginning to end was a positive one. I would refer friends to them if they were looking for a Honda.

Great energy as soon as I stepped onto the lot. Everyone was very helpful and gave me the time and space to make an informed choice on the type of vehicle I wanted. Hash helped me out and he was awesome to work with. He’s very approachable and does his best to make the process as smooth as possible.
