The employees didn't know what they were talking about. Lance system on running my credit even though I was not getting a loan through them but through my bank. After an hour of going back and forth the manager finally agreed to not run my credit. In short, she was totally lying.
The girl who helped me with the paperwork was acting haughtily. Horrible service and management.

This was my first time going to Spreen Honda and I was pleased with the service. Jason Torres took excellent care of my car. He explained to me what was good and what needed immediate attention and what to keep an eye on for the future. I was worried about taking a long road trip, but I feel confident that my car is running well and will make the trip. I knew something was off when I brought it in, and he found it. I was also pleasantly surprised that they give you a free car wash with your service, this is the first place that has done that, so grateful. Thank you!

First time @Spreen Honda. It was pretty straight forward, didn't get any bs from service employee. Mr. Jason Torres was professional, got me in and out really quick. I feel like this will be my new place for all of my honda's, as far as service goes.

The team at spreen Honda, from the most person we spoke to Over the phone, to the sales guy and finance manager were really knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was my first time buying a car and I was really nervous and they made it so simple and explained everything so well. Thank you Spreen Honda and happy holidays!!!

The sales manager was so proud of the fact that he screwed over consumers. He said he wanted to show me other deals he made that
day with $3000+ dollars worth of add ons. Let this serve to remind you not to fall for their sob stories. They want their commission.

"Extremely Disappointed – Outdated Sales Tactics"
This dealership is stuck in the past with their old-school sales tactics. They bombard you with a ton of emails, most of which are full of vague or irrelevant information. It feels like they're just trying to get you into the dealership without providing any real, useful details up front. It’s 2024 – people research and buy online now. If you’re unwilling to provide basic details via email or give transparent information, then you’re just another shady dealership. Very frustrating experience. Avoid if you value your time.
