I attended a business meeting. The hotel had ample parking, was very clean and tidy, and the staff was cordial and professional.

Super nice rooms, comfy bed. However, they supply shampoo but no conditioner, or as shower caps, which is odd these days. The WIFI is terrible and have to pay $4.95 per night if you want decent WIFI. We just used my hotspot in order to stream our fire stick. I've never had this issue before, even at a bad motel. Friendly staff, clean and has a real, full-size refrigerator with a freezer. Basically a studio apartment, minus the oven (has a stove top). More like 3.5 stars.

Great experience, great staff, great accommodations. We had a king suite with a kitchenette. Well appointed hotel - felt the way a Hilton should feel!

I booked our stay for a Mon-Tues and had to cancel because of the weather. I canceled way before the cut off and they still managed to charge me. I called them and they are going to reverse the charges but also said I had a 2nd booking for 28-29 which is why they charged me, which I never made. I have a screenshot of my bookings right before I canceled on their website and I never had those days booked just the 29-30th. So the billing practices are questionable here and should be reported.

There was no hot water in the shower

Comfortable hotel with nice big room, lots of people staying her for long term stays. Most are due to renovations on their home. The whole hotel is ready for a serious update, is really showing its age and in the rooms, lots of broken or well used appointments. The halls are in serious need of having the carpet redone, large humps where it's coming up creating a tripping hazard.
