AC was on its last legs this Summer, called Home Rangers and they sent out Stan to take a look and see what could be done. He provided options for both service and replacement. I decided on replacement and was provided with several options to meet my needs. Once the parts came in they removed the existing unit and furnace and replaced everything in the span of one day. I waited to post a review due to wanting to see how effective the update was and I can say I cannot be happier. My electric bill has plummeted in comparison to last year and the house was cooler than ever! I would recommend Home Rangers and already have suggested them to a friend with a similar aged AC unit issue.

They replaced my entire heating and air conditioning system with a top of the line, high efficiency, Lennox system. I couldn't be more satisfied. The installation was timely and professional. More importantly, the follow-up is tremendous.
My home has never been this comfortable, and my utility bill has been lowered significantly!

A HUGE THANK YOU and SHOUTOUTS to Stan and his outstanding crew at Modern Air Solutions.  STAN did a spot-on diagnosis of a toxic leak (extremely tricky to locate) in our old HVAC system.  Went over in great detail our various options and prices for a new HVAC. Under Stan's direction, his HomeRangers team did an impeccable job installing the HVAC-we chose the Lennox Elite and have been extremely pleased with our comfort, thanks to the variable temperature settings.  Super energy efficient. We also had them do repair, tuneup, extensive cleaning of an older HVAC in another unit.  HomeRangers DAN and RINAT proved to be highly knowledgeable and professional.  They were positive, pleasant, and displayed genuine concern, respect, and thoughtfulness in all steps of their job.  They worked with great efficiency and consideration for the Homeowners-from the first moment rolling out the canvas to protect the flooring, to the last moment of cleanup. These experienced experts surprised us with how well they handled some unexpected challenges in the building. Dan was an excellent teacher--patiently explaining, answering any questions we had. What an amazing team! In today's penchant for shortcuts and quick fixes, not to mention "overbilling," customers like us appreciate Modern Air Solutions' work ethic, genuine care, fair pricing, and high standards for excellence. Don't hesitate to call on STAN for your heating/cooling needs and regular servicing of units. Having lived in many states and countries, we have found HomeRangers to be incredibly responsive, reliable and by far, the BEST.  Highly recommended!

The gentleman that came to my home (Stan) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a fantastic job and explained everything he did to me. I immediately signed up for the maintenance program with them because of how comfortable I felt. I WILL be recommending this business to others.

We called Stan after Ida left our basement flooded with 20 inches of water, he was out within an hour of calling. He was extremely professional and personable. They did an amazing job, replaced the hot water heater and furnace. Extremely helpful, great price, and very thorough. Will absolutely use them in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys so much!

Trouble shot my AC unit issues. Got it up and running and since our hvac was old, decided to replace with new ones. Stan and team did a great job and replaced our hvac system. Very happy I found this company. Can't recommend them enough.
