Michael Fox was out to our home to provide a quote, and gave us a great quote and deal on our windows and siding. I’m grateful for his attention and care of us!

We had the pleasure of working with Jordan throughout our roofing project, and we couldn’t be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and really took the time to guide us through the entire process. Jordan even came out a couple of times to meet with us in person, which we truly appreciated. He was professional, patient, and genuinely great to work with. We’re confident that the quality and care Jordan showed will be reflected in the final results on our roof. Highly recommend working with him!

Home Pro did a great job of replacing my roof. Alex did an excellent job of scoping and explaining the work to be done. The crew did a great job with the replacement. They cleaned the area thoroughly after they were finished. The crew seemed to enjoy their work as well as taking pride in what they do.

The siding crew recently completed my siding and soffit repairs. The crew arrived and after showing them the repairs to be done they cheerfully unloaded their tools and began to make the repairs. In a couple of hours they had completed the repairs, packed their equipment up and left, leaving no trace behind.

I gave this company my phone number at the Ft. Wayne Home and Garden show and after deciding not to pursue work with them they have proceeded to call me twice a day for the past week. I've blocked their number and it has deterred me from pursuing any work with them in the future.

Great, timely service! I felt very welcomed by the sales representatives. Definitely recommend.

I'll start with the sales rep. As I'm a firm believer that a person who represents the company is how the company is. We had Jerry fox. Fort Wayne, in area. Nice guy. Does the presentation of the product to get you interested before the quote. Said they have their own fleet of trucks, family ran and they use a 360 camera to monitor the build. None what was spoken was true. They third party everything. Okay, be honest. No need to lie. I don't care how the roof is done but honesty goes a lot further than lies.

Communication for setting an appointment up and everything was 1/5 stars at its best. Missed the call. They sent a text. I replied with my availability to what they were asking. Never heard from them on if it was a go for that day or what time they will arrive. Nothing. Lousy Communication.

The third party service who installed the roof were nothing but the best. I'm glad they don't represent this company as they are independent contractors. Guys had professionalism and were great men to have work on my house. I believe they did a great job. Though they had exposed osb board and covered it with a different liner when it should have been covered with the blue one first.

Overall, being a deceitful liar to make a sale is a turn off. It represents how the company is as a whole and is not a true meaning of family owned. Where is the pride at if your sales team is scummy? Guess paying for all the overhead is all this company cares about.

I'd look elsewhere for cheaper. Thanks for reading this honest review.
