Home Heating put in a new furnace, heat pump, humidifier and air cleaner in Dec. in our home. Ric was very thorough in letting us know what the different options we had in furnaces etc. He was very knowledgeable. They did an excellent job and were always here when they said they would be. They were all professional and worked hard. We are very happy with the job they did and love our new furnace etc.Report

While on vacation in San Deigo CA, we received a phone call that our furnace had quit here in Bend. Home Heating and cooling was called and responded within the hour! When they arrived they found a potential fire hazard in the furnace wiring. They worked on removal and installation of that furnace while loaning us some space heaters. I was so impressed by their quick response and knowledge that I would reccomend them to anyone needing heating or cooling work. Ric, Cecelia and Eli were the most professional team I could imagine. Thanks to them we were enjoying our new furnace in a very short time!Report
