Home Care Assistance has been my absolute favorite company to work for. They make excelling at my job easy, because of how awesome their team and staff are. Forever grateful for the warm and inviting atmosphere they have!

Home Care Assistance of Douglas has been one of my best experiences as an employee. I was with the company for close to 2.5 years. The company has good policies and they are overwhelmingly supportive for someone who has never had experience with caregiving. My managers have been amazing and I never felt like I lacked the knowledge or capability to provide the best care I could for my clients. The management at this location was always flexible and caring, and my experiences with my clients helped to teach me a lot about not just caring for someone but also interacting with others. Considering I am going into an engineering field after college, it helped develop my people skills more than almost anything would have. I was honored to work for such amazing and wonderful people.

I have recommended them to other caregivers as well as to families needing assistance. Problems occasionally arise, but HCA is great about addressing the issue and coming up with a suitable solution for all. They are the BEST!

I haven't liked working in home health care as much as I do for this company. They deal with my wacky schedule and are always at a moments call. The company has a kindness in every aspect. They take care of their staff and especially their clients. I highly recommend Home Care Assistance of Douglas County.
