Home Access Rehabilitation is an independent physical therapy practice owned and operated by Physical Therapists with more than 30 years experience. We provide exceptional care in the comfort of our patients' home. No "homebound" status is required and our services are covered under Medicare Part B. However we don't stop there. Our experience has taught us that patients often need continued care after their benefits have been exhausted. Unfortunately we find those who stop receiving physical therapy in this stage of recovery are most vulnerable to both decline and relapse. Because of this, we offer our "Continued Access Program" which allows our patients the option to receive ongoing rehabilitative services until they feel they have reached their optimum potential and quality of life goals.
