Holtzople Heating & Air Conditioning

We were having issues with our heating unit so we called a few places local and we would have had to wait 2 days in the winter??? My wife called Holtzoples because her friend Kristen works there. To be honest I wasn't happy because of the distance I thought about the travel time. As it turns out, their service call was less than some of the local companies and they were there in a few hours!!! The technician got the unit working and it seemed fine. 2 weeks later it started acting up again so she called again, and Corey was sent out the same day. He checked everything out, and realized some adjustments needed to be made as well as running diagnostics and cleaning everything. He was there past normal hours and said he wasn't leaving until we had heat. He got it working and started and restarted the system 10 plus times to ensure it was operating normally. At the end of the visit he informed us that there was no charge, since it was a call back. It's comforting to know that they have employees that care about their customers as much as they do and great to know that you don't have to wait for days to get service!

The quality of the product, and the professionalism and courtesy and knowledge of the techs is always comforting and satisfying with Holtzople. They gained our trust pretty quickly after our first experience with them. We've been using them over 5 years, from basic scheduled maintenance to consulting and then purchase and install of a major new complete Trane system for our home, which has not only reduced our power bill, but has added value to the home.
So far, we have always been completely satisfied with everything Holtzople has done for us.

This whole processes seemed like it was going to be a pain from the cost to the installation just because of what it is. No one wants to have to replace a heating and ac unit... With that said, the process was easier than I could have imagined! Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We have oil heat and wanted to replace/add a new a/c unit and an electric heat pump. Tyler helped with estimates and gave us our options for what we could do. We did get estimates from other companies and although they were great as well (some were cheaper) we asked Holtzople about the brand they use (Trane is what we went with) and they gave us options and were willing to use a different brand to help with the cost. After comparing everything we did go with what they recommended at first. I am grateful they gave us so much information about different brands and let us make the decision instead of just saying this is what we have. Zach and Eric were our technicians that installed the new unit and they did a great job, they were super nice and other than the nose of the installation (unavoidable) I barely knew they were here. We had a few snags and instead of doing it their own way, they asked questions, and we came to an agreement on how to move forward. (Still, what they would have done, but I appreciate that they asked and talked about it) I 100% recommend using this company and would in the future, here's to hoping we don't have too anytime soon though!

We purchased a new unit from Holtzople this last year. We had an alert message come up (day before Thanksgiving) and they were super helpful and sent someone out the day after Thanksgiving. They were friendly and professional! Communication was great and the maintenance of the unit was covered under our warranty. Thank you!

Scott L. and Holtzople have again excelled with their twice-yearly service. It has been well-worth the money. They call well in advance to schedule a good time. Our service technician this time, Scott, called to give us a heads-up that he was on his way. He was on time, professional and did a great job.

Tim came out and did our winter heat pump tune-up today. He was early (actually worked out great), clean, asked if we had any issues, checked over both our systems, and got us set up for an AC tnueup in the spring. Very professional and efficient!
