They have had my vehicle for months. For the past few weeks I've got phone calls from them saying they only have one more thing to do and it will be done but then they call saying it's something else. The employees that answer the phone in the body shop seem to be very nice but only give you false promises. The only reason they are getting three stars is they were able to find me a loaner after my insurance company would no longer pay for a rental. I brought my vehicle there because I was told they were efficient. I found out otherwise. They have had to re order parts because they ordered the wrong parts the first time... it took three different people to figure out what parts they keep saying they needed. And of course today I received another call saying they needed "another part." I am beyond displeased with this process and the false promises are absolutely irritating!

Holm automotive service department has been phenomenal. Chuck Loader is amazing and so helpful. I will be always going back forever.

Staff was friendly and competent. Quick appointment. staff found the warranty info and got the car fixed quickly.

They did a wonderful job taking care of my car. They even let me know about a recall they took care of. Great group of people.
