As soon as I enter in the parking lot David Garcia introduce himself and asked me if I need help, he really make me feel comfortable, he was comprehensive and patient, and he understood exactly my necessities, the process with the Financial manager was really quick and efficient this is the first time that I don't waste my whole day in the dealership waiting for approval and paperwork, I totally recommend this place

If you are looking for a new vehicle "Drivers Mart" is the place to go. The moment I walked in the door, Sammy greeted me and assisted me with my purchase with a courteous, friendly and professional manner. NO HIGH PRESSURE sales. I felt like a friend was guiding me. When it came time to meet the "dreaded finance manager" I was truly impressed. Joe was great, no high pressure and I felt he was really working for me to get the best deal. I cannot thank the TEAM at Drivers Mart enough for my AWESOME purchase experience.

Maia Bojinova was of great help to me during this process, and Joe also 2 great people that I had a pleasure doing business with.

This dealership has been in contact with me for weeks in regards to my automotive search. They sent me videos of different vehicles, left me videos in my emails of greetings and information, and answered my questions any time I called them. Their staff has been pleasant and walked me through the whole sales process and outlined everything on each document to make sure I was happy and secure with my purchase. I also got to leave with copies of everything so I never felt scammed or lied to as I had everything for my records.

The real help came when I needed to return my car. I had an issue with another vehicle from another dealer and technically owned two vehicles so I made the decision to return the one I bought here which was a budget buy, and they were kind enough to help me with that. I did not get coerced, pushed, or lied to about a vehicle and their reps and managers were honest with each step of the process. They even refunded my down payment and told me if I need a car again in the future to feel free to stop by. I was happy with this process and the time it took overall to look and get a car compared to other dealers. I think its a nice, small, and intimate dealership where you can feel trust with the people who work here. I recommend this place to anyone searching for a good budget buy

This place is the worse..bad business says I authorized for my credit to be ran 3 times on different days...got a letter in the mail which notified me.spoke with the manager Allen.and was told when it didn't go through the first they can run it until you get approved which is ridiculous..and apr is out the roof..I wouldn't suggest a dog to go looking for a car at this place..and still harassing me after to get in a car I can't afford 30% April my credit isn't that bad to settle for this..Sammy the dealer is ok just a lil pushy

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. When you submitted a loan application to us, you gave us, and the lender, permission to run the credit. At the store, we run the credit once. If there is a credit issue that requires clarification, we may use a different credit bureau. However, when the loan is submitted to a lender, they may run the credit themselves in accordance with their own policies. All of this is to secure a loan for the customer which is ultimately what we did. We do not dictate the terms of the approval, that is determined by the lender. Hopefully this clears up any confusion. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Great place to look for a car, help at every step of the process. Clean professional atmosphere. Aghob Injian @ the Winter Park location was the best. My second car, highly recommended.

I bought a car from here recently and it was such a horrible experience. Joe and Eric are absolutely horrible and should not be working in a business like this, especially with the constant harassment over the phone for something THEY were responsible for. They completely messed up my paperwork and Eric threatened me with higher costs if I didn't fix a problem I told them they'd have before we even started anything. I was in the process of moving into a temporary apartment that you don't have a typical lease for but they demanded I have a permanent lease, or change my entire address on my IDs and all other documents to somewhere I wouldn't even be living for a year. Eric, who started my paperwork, appearently didn't understand me and never relayed any sort of info to Joe who then messed up my paperwork even further. Then the constant emails, calls, text messages started. Calling me at work, threatening me with higher costs, demanding I get paperwork I simply couldn't get. It was ridiculous. They even said I needed to change my tags within a week, when anyone with a brain knows you have a month. This place is horrid!
