Clean, well maintained facilities with very friendly and helpful staff!

The rooms seem a bit dated but, overall, the hotel is great.

Everything we experienced at the hotel was excellent

Clean rooms. Pillows uncomfortable. Nice breakfast

We used to love this hotel, 20 years ago. We were in 2 different rooms and both needed some updates and care. I am not knocking them in regards to the cleanliness because I realize every hospitality service is likely suffering for help. Unless updates are made though, we likely won't stay here again.

I would like to express my appreciation to the hotel staff at the Holiday Inn University Plaza on the evening of December 10th. In the early morning hours of Dec 11th severe weather was reported in the Bowling Green, KY area. My family was awakened and provided clear directions to report to the lobby. We were guided to a secure room to shelter in place until the dangerous weather passed through the area. All individuals appeared calm due to the excellent way the staff conducted the emergency plan. It was not until the next morning that I learned of the multiple tornadoes that damaged miles of property and took many lives. Again, thank you to the hotel staff.
