These guys would not let my 19yr old son book a room and told him he had to be 21 because they have a bar. He has stayed at several of the Holiday Inns in Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri and never had this issue. It's funny that restaurants that serve alcohol will let him in by himself to eat and Walmart will let him in and they sell beer. I have a lot of points built up on my account and I will use them up then I will stay anywhere but a place owned by this company. You would think in today's times that you would want al be business you could get. The people I spoke with at this place in Poplar Bluff sounded like robots and probably have to be told to get out of the rain.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained.. Breakfast was delicious. Everything was top quality and we will definitely stay there again when we visit our son.

Everything was as you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Nice clean rooms and easy check in.

I travel all over the United States ,and depending on where I land, I always prefer Holiday Inns. They are consistently clean, comfortable, safe, and have a decent breakfast.

Nice room comfy beds
Free sit down breakfast because we are HI card holders. Nice bfst.

Great experience. Clean rooms and reasonable pricing. The attached restaurant serves great food.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, plus a nice restaurant and bar with good food/drinks.
