One of the worst stays I've had at a hotel. I booked at this location over the Holiday Inn express across the highway because of the advertised pictures on their website. I even paid extra for a suite. Found that the heater in our room worked intermittently and the shower in our room was disgusting and the tub was clogged. So every time we took a shower it would fill up. They also charge extra for breakfast, they had very little options and the food was always cold. I was also surprised that the pictures online are outdated and the hotel lobby looks rundown. I've stayed at better hotels for a fraction of the price that I paid to stay here. Was very disappointed to say the least.

Due to the pandemic most hotels have limited staff which usually means lack of cleanliness and service. I was very surprised at just how clean my room was and had a great stay.

I dug it. It was clean and spacious. Staff was cool.

2 towels for 4 people the entire 3 nights, excuse was they were overbooked, yet only 10 cars in the parking lot. Ice cold indoor pool and to cap it off daughter picked up a dry piece of do feces in our room.

Positive: nothing Negative: bed was terrible and the bathroom was worse than the bed. there was no hot water at anytime.

Hotel staff was good. The room was not, heat and air issues, no maid service was offered 3 night stay, non working light switches, and plugs on lights. No TV channel guide in room, non working remote for one TV.
