Holiday Inn Missoula Downtown

Booked a King Jacuzzi suite, called to confirm the morning of our stay because they hadn't sent a confirmation and they said they had us in. Drove through a snow storm, got here, and NO jacuzzi suite. It's 9 pm, so a little late for us to find what we were looking for. I'm so disappointed. Will not be coming back.

Though we do have beautifully renovated suites to offer, we don't have any rooms with a jacuzzi; our sincere apologies for any miscommunication. The hotel guests experience was good overall never been to Holiday Inn that didn't have breakfast included that was kind of a bummer. We stay at Hotels every weekend a for 7 months straight. The hotel is great with places to hang out with other members of your team. The walls are really thin so you can hear everything makes for a tough night to sleep. Staff is excellent

I love the location of this hotel and the staff is top-notch.

We had our wedding here on 11/27/2021 and I can't say enough good things. The staff is amazing and easy to work with, always got back to me quickly, and went above and beyond to make the day perfect. They have a great space for indoor and outdoor weddings that is very affordable for Missoula. The rooms were extremely clean and nicely decorated. Everyone that works there is very upbeat and seem like they truly love their job, I have to specifically mention Meghann and Karen. They seemed like the truly cared about how the day was and weren't there to make a profit. The fire alarm went off during our reception but even that couldn't make me say a negative thing about The Holiday Inn, they handled it with ease and I will 100% always recommend this hotel for a weekend stay or as an event venue!

This is my favorite Missoula hotel. The location is the best. Right in downtown and on the river; and the views are great. Taylor helped me add on another day to reservation, and at a much better rate than I could find on IHG or other travel websites. Only downside is the restaurant isn't open. Also, ordered the shuttle for 5:15AM ride to airport, and it wasn't noted in shuttle reservation book. NP the shuttle was there, so got to airport on time. Still give this hotel 5 stars.

Excellent hotel. We were so impressed, especially for the price. We will definitely be back, and would highly recommend.

What I noticed was how good the lighting was, especially in the bathroom. Most motels have subpar lighting. The lighting in the bathroom, was even better than mine at home, which made it very easy to fix my hair and apply makeup.

This hotel is clean, fast check in with friendly staff! Lady at the coffee bar was super friendly!

Staff helped us as soon as we walked in door set us all up with keys and direction room was lawsome even got our extra pillows was a very pleasant array all around We will be back soon.
