Room was clean and had all the amenities needed. The guy working the night I stayed over (12/16/21) was super helpful with food options and airport tips when I was late. I didn't catch your name but if you're reading this, I made my flight with 5 minutes to spare.

Dirty older room.
TV has no guide.
Smell was horrible.
Toilet keeps running.
Restaurant is not open.
Holes in the walls that were not fixed.
Definitely paid to much.

Staff are either wonderful or apathetic, and the apathetic ones will lie about requests you have. Last time I had a broken door and no cable, which they never fixed. The pool area is disgusting, the elevators are the slowest in the metro, and there is rarely any parking.

I actually made my reserve unit switch to somewhere else for drill, this place was so inadequate.

Beautiful loved it...

The front desk clerk Rob completed our stay here. Not only was he helpful, he was enthusiastic, friendly as well as gracious. Will definitely visit again as long as he is at the front desk.

Stayed there about a year ago. Originally I rated a five stars. Scrolling through my reviews I remembered it. On our car ride home bite marks started to pop up everywhere on me and my girlfriend. We got attacked by bed bugs all night. Not a very fun time

Decent hotel. There were small stains on the comforter, kinda looked like blood. The bathroom door was super hard to open and close, very easy to get stuck in. The room was decent other than that though. The elevator was very slow and there was a issue with the other elevator. The staff was really nice though!

The front desk staff were generally very nice - however they did not clean our room even when we followed their cleaning regulations, the door barely shut in the bathroom so there was little sense of privacy, I would suggest adding more accessible outlets that are near each bed and not just one with 4 others that are far from the reach of the bed; lastly, the shuttle service is awkward because of how unorganized it is - the shuttle rider told us we can use the shuttle the following day and then when we asked an employee downstairs she told us that the driver is out and she would get a taxi we would have to pay for. On the plus side, the room was very nice, the refrigerator was a good addition, and the beds were comfortable…

The man at the front desk was very friendly. There is NO way this is a 3 star hotel! To starts,The plumbing was awful we had 2 rooms both toilet were not working and the one shower drain plug was plugged. The smell in the halls and rooms was pure mold or must. The hot tub didn't work and there were no towels by the pool. This place needs a good outdoor landscaper! It's so overgrown you feel like you are pulling into a horror movie.
