I didn't stay here but they're so kind at the front desk. I was gonna book this hotel for my graduation, but they don't have a pool. Still very nice customer service, thank you so much. I met my family in your parking lot and there is also a LOT of room in their parking lot so if you're travelling with a big truck or something, you're good!

Good place to stay near Memphis University and Second Presbyterian Church. Great staff.

Such a disappointment on all levels. No room available on check-in (at 5:00 PM); took a half-hour to get a room. Only one person at front desk, clearly poorly trained.
Shower curtain was torn and allowed water to spray all over the floor. Reported to front desk but not replaced.
Keys stopped working after one day. Took 20 minutes at front desk to resolve.
No written or verbal communication that there was no housekeeping unless requested.
Front desk begrudingly provided additional coffee.
Just...awful.

Went with my bookclub for a holiday get together. It was fun, the food was great, we had a private room and the staff was exceptional.

I totally enjoyed my stay. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff member greeted me very warmly and was very pleasant and professional. The property was well maintained. The Christmas tree was beautiful.

Positive: The beds were very comfortable and the people at the grille restaurant were lovely. The location was very safe and quiet and the room itself was a suite, which was a pleasant surprise. Negative: Our room was quite dated and shows it¿s wear. The bathroom worked well but the shower was quite old and/or possibly dirty. The front desk was attentive and easy to work with but did not seem to enjoy their work too much.
