Staff are exceptional and magnificent. This hotel is being renovated and still does business. I love this hotel and was put here on Swift's behalf and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Only downside of being here is due to the renovations it's alot of loud banging when you're trying to sleep early mornings. Also the water pressure in the toilet is little to none so the toilets clod easily. Other than that it's a great hotel and the staff again are exceptional.
