Holiday Inn Louisville Airport - Fair/Expo

The desk person was very nice and accommodating, the house keeping people didn't clean the rooms they were suppose to.

Would still stay here next time the airplane noise was the only bad part of the stay. Rooms were clean and bed and pillows were soft and clean bathroom. The staff was great and helpful with needs.

I am a Spire Elite member who stays 100+ nights a year in IHG properties. I am in town this week and need wifi for 45 minutes (6-6:45). I needed to be in Louisville to be able to host a virtual training call and be able to make my 9 year old granddaughters cheerleading debut. I called the front desk and Melinda tried to take care of me but was told by Alysa Nagel- the Manager?? that I would have to be a guest in the hotel for them to accommodate. I explained how often I stay with them but still no luck. I in turn called the Hilton Garden Inn right down the road. I stay in Hilton properties a handful of times per year but they graciously accommodated. Hilton Honors continues to look better. Not sure what's going on in the IHG chain but someone better figure it out.

This hotel was amazing! I stayed for 2 nights, and wish I could've stayed longer honestly. Lol the breakfast is so good, the staff is so friendly and helpful, and my bed was super comfortable! The only downside was my floor was not vacuumed and the vanity light in the bathroom did not work. The pool was indoor, but freezing. Other than those minor issues I would definitely stay again

Annett was extremely helpful and very friendly. I was in town for a business meeting (I direct the beverage area of a banquet department) and went to the bar to have a few beers before bed. Annett was bartending and did a great job. I will return solely due to her hospitality.

It was overpriced for the quality of the hotel. Requested clean towels, and they were running short and could not provide.

I appreciated the thorough information given to me as I checked in. I also appreciated that the bar downstairs was open. Annett was great! It was my first time to Louisville. I mentioned it was where I was doing my online masters and wanted to get some official Cardinal gear. She told me about a nearby place. It was easy to find and I appreciated her recommendation. I asked about a good place to deliver pizza; she recommended a local place and it was great!! The gal in the morning who makes the cinnamon rolls was very nice and her food was fantastic!!

Overall very satisfied with hotel and staff. Shuttle service to airport would have been convenient but great experience overall.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff is great. I especially would like to recognize Betty at the front desk. She is very good at what she does making sure all the guests needs are meant. Seems like an excellent employee and deals with people very well. Great personality dealing with people.

I would also like to mention another great employee. They were short staffed the evening I arrived but Chris who normally works the front desk had to do double duty and work the bar also. Let me tell you he handled it for several hours and never complained. Other people may have just walked out. He is also a great employee. I hope both of these employees get recognized for their dedication to their job as an asset to the property.
