Dead bugs and stains on the bedding. Not very appealing

Shared my experience already was not pleased.

Comfortable room and overall experience very was very good. Easy access to the third level where we stayed.

0 stars! After jumping thru hoops to arrange multiple bedrooms for my family attending a funeral, the manager f'd us over n refused to give us the rooms AFTER booking em! Totally illegal. It's a civil rights violation to refuse an available room. Others that have stayed there told me theis place was so bad that they didn't even have soap! This manager needs his franchise license revoked immediately!!! Would live to speak to the corporate office about this location. Had to rebook at another IHG a few miles away and got the best manager ever for me and my family.

Was disappointed that the free breakfast included was a lie on Booking .com, not even packaged breakfast items or fruit offered

The breakfast was the truly disappointing aspect of my stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom appeared to be clean although the tissue box was missing and there was no hand soap. I liked that there was a microwave, coffee and fridge. Also the work/desk area and sitting area was a nice touch. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and would go back again.

Couch smelled very bad like someone peed in it. Shower did not work had to take baths!
