Holiday Inn Knoxville West- Cedar Bluff Rd

Clean rooms and extremely accommodating staff! We took a team of basketball players up, and our needs were more than met! Great breakfast buffet. The staff were all very professional, helpful, and polite. We will definitely be back in the future!

Clean, comfortable, quiet hotel. Food at gibbys In the lobby was great.

Staff was great, but the rooms are in need of updates.

Hotel was great. However I have a major complaint with Destiny the night front desk clerk. She was rude from the beginning. We had checked in earlier in the day. Took us an hour to get into room with 4 kids that had been in vehicle for 10 hours. We got there, presented ID and she told us there was no reservation under our name. We gave her the confirmation number and she refused to look it up. Said that she had 3 reservations coming in and our name wasn't 1 of them. Had to call customer relations. She would not answer the phone for them. They tried multiple times. Had to go back in and tell her to answer the phone. She told them her computer was down. Lie. Then when they got it straight and we was able to check in her exact words were "Your already checked in. All you had to do was show me your ID." Seriously!!!

You would get much better ratings if you didn't charge so much for pets.

We like this hotel. Location is great, pet friendly, and staff are extremely nice!
