Pretty decent hotel, cleaned bathroom, cleaned room, professional and friendly staff, love the pool!

Positive: Hotel employee at front desk is great welcomer.

Love it

Refused to accommodate hypoallergenic bedding even though it was promised when we booked the room.

Edit: the hotel replied here and said that they gave me 10,000 points which is simply not true. They offered me 5,000 points (equal to about $20) which is less than the cost of the pillows I ended up going out to purchase that night.

I've made a complaint before on there staff and supposedly it was taken care of, it was not because I tried to make new reservations again at this hotel Thinking the problem was taken care of and once again the front desk receptionist her name is Kimberly was beyond rude and disrespectful over the phone. I am not sure why she is even still working there maybe it's because they are short staffed but it's unbelievable how she is so rude.

Friendly staff, place is clean and convenient to freeway, shopping, and eateries. Food selections slim.
