Staff are super friendly when they dont have to be. Just watched the manager deal with an extremely rude guest in the most patient way ive ever seen.

10/10 would watch a guy claim to have millions in his account and talk shit to holiday inn express employees just to get shut down. Manager April is 10/10

Positive: The hotel was in a nice area within walking distance from shops, bars, food, and the beach.The hotel breakfast was top notch and could tell the workers but there all into it. The hotel bathrooms were very nice with a stand up glass shower and a bathtub. Negative: No.

If you’re seeing bad reviews it’s because they’re accurate. This is the loudest hotel I’ve ever stayed at and yes management is nonexistent. Parties until all hours of the night, fights at the pool area in the wee hours of the morning and management that doesn’t care. I reached out to IHG customer service after being up all night for 2 nights in a row and I was told I’d receive a call from the general manager. That never happened. They just want your money and couldn’t care less if you’re happy with your stay. This is truly the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!
