Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Milwaukee Airport

Outdated, and needs a thorough cleaning. Staff was excellent but it appears the establishment needs to spend some money on updating

The location is very convenient to the airport, gas station (for refilling rental car), and food. Stay in or eat out, you can even walk to some. I always use this location when I'm flying out of MKE.

My stay was so disappointing. Over the years this hotel has gone down hill. Very nasty. Will never come back again. The lady who checked us in had such a nasty rude attitude, I called the get extra towels and the lady on the phone was rude and sounded like she didn't want to do her job. Absolutely no type of customer service at that location. Then my remote wasn't working, maintenance came in, changed batteries and it still wasn't working. Went swimming in the morning and saw puke by the pool, it looked like it was there overnight. So that goes to show they don't check nor clean the pool/area. Which is absolutely disgusting. When I told the lady upfront she had an attitude and said "well maintenance just came in" at 10 in the morning. That establishment is overall nasty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. And will definitely not be back again.

staff was very friendly and helpful both at late night check-in (12:00 midnight) and checking out with tax-exempt staus

Won't be staying again. Service was not right couldn't use hot tube it smelt of urine no towels poolside. Door on room doesn't close properly room wasn't vacuumed. One of the tv didn't work. Charged cleaning fee with no explanation. I requested pictures they never sent. Just not a pleasant experience

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle to the airport was prompt and ran every 15 minutes. Really nice pool/hot tub area.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was amazing, auditor was hilarious.

King Deluxe Suite, only room to chill at when u wanna get away from home. This is like a second home, full kitchen, island/dining area plus living room with pull out sofa, then a separated bedroom with a King bed & 2nd TV, huge closet, n the bathroom is huge!!! Seriously wanna just move on in n call it the day!!! Haven't even gotten out the room yet to see this indoor heated pool! Gotta do that like today... frfr ??
