Beautiful hotel! Very clean, spacious rooms. Great staff.

We loved it. Rooms were so clean and fresh. Top of the line for sure. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing experience. Hotel was pristine, clean (common areas and rooms). Beds were comfortable, amenities were plentiful, Wonderful customer service, Jennifer was awesome, so personable and professional. The breakfast was flavorful, and reasonably priced. Stayed for business purposes, would definitely come back even for personal purposes to use the indoor pool area.

Great place to stay, very close to Ashville Airport. The hotel offers very clean rooms, great facilities (Gym and pool), Airport shuttle, great location with multiple restaurants nearby (walking distance).

Clean but poorly managed. No coffee two mornings in a row. No info about WiFi, amenities, or local attractions available in room or shared at check in.

The hotel room was very comfortable and beautiful.

The staff act as if it's a burden to them that you are here. I don't think the ladies at the bar actually serve anyone. $197 and no complimentary bfast, or anything, just attitude. Real nice place but if I'm going to pay $10 for ham and eggs, I'm doing it somewhere else.
