Holiday Inn Greensboro Airport

The general manager Omar is incredibly rude. Was charged a smoking fee for a room that already smelled like smoke upon entry and was dirty. The entire hall smelled like smoke but yet he charges my room? Why would I request a non smoking room if I was going to smoke? I was on a business trip. Doesn't make sense. Terrible hotel. And his staff was no help.

I do apologize if you felt rude behavior from me. I do not believe that I acted in that way.

The quality of holiday inn has deteriorated beyond recognition in the last few years. This hotel was no exception, filthy. All I can hope is they actually wash the sheets. Everything else needs to be thrown out. stained carpet, crumbs and visible dirt on the floor. Time and grout in the bathroom in disrepair.
The staff was perfectly pleasant and it's hard to complain to them as the poor state of the hotel is not their fault.

This hotel was a disappointment. I am used to a higher lever with Holiday Inn hotels. From the get go I was told that there would be a $50 charge on my card that would come off in 7 to 10 business days. Never had that happened before. When I asked the girl could only tell me that it was a hold on my card? I needed to use the hotel to airport shuttle. I asked in the morning, the guy at the desk, who turned out to be the driver made it seem like I was putting him out. The resturant was supposed to have breakfast at 6:30, the cook was late, arriving at 6:45. He asked me what I wanted to drink, I replied coffee. He told me I could go get it in the lobby? When I returned later I was informed that the restaurant was only opened for breakfast and that the bar had not been opened in months. Upon check out I asked for a receipt, was told to go online and get it. Wont be staying here again. Not sure I received credit for my stay either.

Horrible hotel. Do not stay here. Stayed one night and smelled smoke in our bathroom. Room was dirty. Next day we find a charge of $500 for smoking. Which is impossible because we do not smoke. They had no proof of any smoking in the room other than it "smelled like smoke when the general manager walked in". You can get a much nicer hotel and one that doesn't accuse you of smoking without proof.

Didn't like ?, I was shocked knowing the Holidays Inn, they ( Owners) should be embarrassed...needs lots of help all around, very disappointed...

The staff was friendly and helpful when there was an issue with TV and the morning coffee in the lobby is still lingering in my memory - for me, it was really that good. Loved the pillows and comfy bed and the room was quiet so, overall, I was very pleased.

As always the best place in Greensboro to stay. The best value as well.

I suggest this hotel to work on housekeeping. While well arranged and organized to the eye, the bedding sheet had stain all over (one of the beds), toilet and tub were dirty, and strong urine smell on toilet. This was our first stay after the Pandemic started, and it was disgusting.

I really enjoyed my stay the location was great for what we had planned the weekend service was great as well
