If you are expecting nice clean rooms with friendly staff that match the price of the room, you will be sorely mistaken. The staff will barely be present to help you check in or answer questions. And the room cleanliness will match that of any roadside motel. The primary difference, you may ask, will be spending 150 a night for this experience instead of 50 a night at a motel. That is right, you are forced to pay extra for the same bad experience. Personally, if I want a "nice" hotel, I will spend less money and have a better experience by choosing Tru down the road.

The first room smelled like feet, so we decided to pay for an upgrade and the couch had dark stain everywhere, no matter how many ways we tried to flipped the cushions. We were offered one more room that smelled like feet and wet dogs. So here we are in a "suite" that we paid extra for to avoid some prettty bad smells whose couch looks like it was on Law & Order SVU as the main piece of forensic evidence. Why did we not leave??? Because it's 1 am and we're exhausted from traveling all day.

Two rooms smelled and the thrid one which we ended up staying in had a disgusting stained couch so I had to cover it with a bedsheet. We should have gone elsewhere but it was 1AM and we were exhausted. We were there 4 days and our room was not cleaned once! We were not notified that we needed to request it and even when we did it was still not cleaned. Manager was not helpful and basically ignored us. The most expensive price for what you receive, you can do so much better for the price.

In town to celebrate the holiday with family and friends. The hotel was clean and we experienced no problems. Room cleaning is available with a one day notice required. I found that strange, maybe Covid or a staffing related issue; still, we did not ask for it other than to request some supplies for the bath that were promptly delivered. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would gladly use the facility again on our next trip.

Staff was very accommodating to change the room to meet our travel party needs.
