Holiday Inn Express Terre Haute

I would give zero stars if I could. We had a terrible stay there. We had to be moved to another room because the toilet was overflowing. The fire alarm was blaring for over an hour at night. Nobody gave instructions on what to do, no fire department came either. Seriously??? The woman at the front desk said she would contact the manager. We should get our money back for this nightmare stay!!!!

Clean and reasonable hotel.

The lack of any COVID protocols is worrying. While the hotel was definitely clean and there was sanitizer, no one wore masks and few people social distanced.

The rest of our stay was pleasant and it was an adequate hotel for our short stop in Terre Haute.

I have stayed at this property several times. I always have the Grandkids come and swim. Pool was open and clean. Hot tub was down, so no 5 star. Room was also clean. Breakfast was very nice. They also have a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper,as well as 2 large chairs, fridge and Microwave. Great for having the grandkids.

The bathroom felt like a gas station bathroom. Not that clean of a room.

We have stayed now three times and always had a clean room at second service. Even when charged the wrong price it was taken care of immediately. Highly recommend

The stay was work related. Room was very clean and welcoming. Felt very safe in this location. As a Spire Member I did not receive my 500 Welcome Amenity Points.

Will stay here again.
