Holiday Inn Express & Suites Brentwood North-Nashville Area

Overall I was fairly pleased with my stay. Of course it was just for one night, but had I stayed for more than one, I wouldn't have been happy. The hotel overall was clean and quiet. The room was clean. The only complaints I really have is that the air wasn't working well. It was either extremely cold or extremely warm. No matter what temperature I set the thermostat to, it was one extreme or the other. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, as well as the pillows. For one night I was ok, but like I said, I wouldn't stay for more than one. Staff was very friendly at arrival and departure. Location was good, close to different restaurants.

While working in the area chose to stay at Holiday Inn Express and had no issues, complaints, or problems from check in to check out. Friendly staff at the front desk and was in my room relaxing within minutes. Comfortable bed after a long day working and nice hit breakfast before heading out to do it again.

Everything was fine but I was disappointed about the receptionist on my arrival they didn't ask or upgrade my room as been a Elite member as the benefit offer on their availability

Booked a 2 queen bed room but was given a king room with a sofa bed. Didn't realize it till we got to the room. It was late and we were tired so kept the room but there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Called front desk to bring some up but they said we had to come get it. My son went to get it but they had no pillow, my son asked if they could get him one and they said no. The next morning we asked again and front desk still said no, we insisted they find a pillow and finally they did. These irritants detracted us from enjoying our stay at your facility.

The hotel was better than I expected. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

Positive: The service id excellent. Negative: We loved all.

Stayed one night. It was located in a nice area with several restaurants within walking distance. Although somewhat clean it was starting to be dated.

Staff made the most of an overbooked situation. They express sincere regret over the situation and gave me a free upgrade plus bonus points. They made potentially disappointing situation a delight.
The facility was reasonably clean and refurbished. The breakfast was really good.
What else could anyone really ask for??

The hotel is clean. No problem with staffs and the room. Slamming of doors of other rooms can be heard but not a major problem for me.
