Just what my brother and I needed to begin our journey home. We slept well, ate the delicious and complimentary continental breakfast. It was just what the doctor ordered - a well rested patient on the road of recovery and happy destiny! 5 stars, in my humble and limited experience, I'd most certainly recommend this location. No matter why you're staying or for how long you're with them, the staff - from the Front Desk check in to the check out process - is seamless and smooth experience, is quite awe inspiring. They certainly do the Holiday Inn Express brand proud. Thanks for b?eing there for my family during our hour of need. Your generosity will always be with us. Thank you for perfecting your culture of caring, not just for me and mine, but for everyone. Happy Holidays and all my best for a prosperous New Year!

As opposed to hotels near interchanges, with hordes of homeless under the overpasses, this hotel is surrounded by houses and trees. Of course, I thought I'd take a walk down by Walnut Creek nearby, but as soon as I entered the woods I was surrounded by tents, so there's that.
The free breakfast isn't worth much more than zero. Phony eggs etc. But worst of all is the switch to disgusting STYROFOAM dishes. I realize actual dishes are passé, but is this non-biodegradable stuff really that much cheaper than paper???

Area felt shady. There were people hanging out in the parking lot at night and I saw one guy urunating in the parking lot.

The charge a daily service fee but don't offer daily room service and have a sign saying if you need anything, it will take up to two days. So, what is the daily "service" fee for?

Very good place, fair prices, the building is backwards... Look for the lobby in the back!!

I want to assure you that we are thoroughly investigating this claim and that although we have not found any evidence of a bug infestation, we are taking the necessary precautions to ensure that nothing is missed. We respond promptly to pest alerts with expert extermination services and also treat to deter pests on a regular scheduled basis. We take this business very seriously and assure you that management has taken all the steps to make sure that all the rooms are clean and our ultimate goal is to make sure each guest had a comfortable stay. Again, thank you for taking the time to share this experience and for your valuable business!

Checking in was simple and our room was nice and clean! The beds were super comfortable, had no problem falling asleep. The breakfast options were good and their was a nice variety. Overall it was a great stay.

We had our worst stay of all the vacation trips with a high value price. Even after complaining, there is no action from the hotel staffs and they never cared about the guests. It was the most horrible stay I would say. I would request IHG management to look into this hotel cleanliness and make it worth for the money.
