My Husband and I did enjoy our time here

STAFF WAS UNDERSTANDING EXCEPT FOR THE MANAGER, HE SEEMS TO HAVE HIS STAFF AFRAID TO BE HONEST WITH COSTOMERS ABOUT RESERVATIONS. IN STEAD HE HAS THEM LIE AND MAKE EXCUSES A TRUE S.O.B. AND SHOULDN'T BE IN CHARGE OF THAT HOTEL. FIRE HIM AND PUT ANY OF THE DESK PEOPLE IN THAT POSITION.

We had a pleasant stay, nice clean room and bathroom. BF was good, the attendant was shy and would have been nice if she communicated more. We came back the next morning to visit our friend and witnessed a homeless or crazy lady attack an employee, it's not worth getting into it with such crazies, good thing she didn't have any kind of weapon on her so the employee wasn't hurt. Definitely would suggest employees to just let the law enforcement deal with such people, not worth the risk at all especially in todays day and age.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every place that I went in the hotel was very clean.

Good staff, rooms and service.
Overall a restful experience.

The staff was very friendly, especially when I checked-in.
Since I am at the Spire Level I was provide a room upgrade without requesting it.
When entering the room I was surprised to see a Goodie Basket with many items along with a letter thanking me for staying and recognizing the Spire level. (attached)
Obviously as a Spire level we have stayed many, many nights at IHG locations. This was the 1st time I have had a Goodie Basket waiting or provided to me. I can honestly say I was very impressed that the Mgmt has decided to do this and it does make you feel extra welcomed.

I stayed the night before the California International Marathon, for which the start line was 10 minutes away. It was a comfortable, clean stay that allowed a late checkout for me after my race. The girl at the front desk graciously provided an early breakfast for me the night before since I would be leaving before 5am.
