We have stayed here twice and will return. The staff are top notch very friendly, know the area and just pleasant to talk to.

The Holiday Inn Express in Princeton, WV is conveniently located with shopping and a variety of dining close by. Close to I-77 and U.S. 460. It's a great hotel.

I was there for my aunts funeral. The hotel staff when I arrived was great. The overnight girl was nice. When checking out, front desk wasn't very friendly. She may have been having a bad morning. Otherwise nice stay.

Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful in finding my rewards number. The breakfast area was immaculately clean and the breakfast food was hot and delicious. There were many breakfast items to choose from so we checked out having a great breakfast and were ready to continue our long drive!
Thank you Holiday Inn Express Princeton West Virginia. You will definitely see us again on our return trip to Florida!!

Need to open Breakfast room at 6 instead of 630. Wasn't able to wait for breakfast to be opened.

TV Channels didn't correspond to the listing card in the room.. couldn't find channels with the info on the in room channel card. Very confusing and had to have desk clerk come to room to get my desired viewing selection

When I arrived the hotel, I was greeted by the nicest person ever. I was tired and wanted to check in and get something to eat. She had my reservation ready and took all of 3 minutes to complete everything and I was on my way to the room. After eating at a local eatery close by, I returned to my room and went right to sleep in the most comfortable bed ever. The room was spotless, quiet and just what I wanted. I will most definitely return to this hotel on my return trip in the future.
