Low ceiling, wavy floors, ceiling tiles it water leak spots. Narrow hallways and elevators. Not at all like my usual stays! Start over, this building, I am sure served well for years! Service good

Bed bugs in room. Started itching from the moment I got in the bed. Thought it may have been just too hot in the room because I turned the heater on but I continued to itch through the night. Woke up at 3am and showered because I was still itching. Pretty sure I'll have welts by the time I make it back to Houston. Worst experience I've ever had at a HIE.

This hotel is an older hotel and is okay if you just need a place to sleep overnight. Fortunately, the staff is so friendly and willing to help... it kinda makes up for the average accommodations.

This hotel is right off the highway and close to the downtown area but not within walking distance. Good hotel for a quick overnight. The room needed some TLC. The ceiling had dark marks all over. I felt the room did not meet Holiday Inn COVID standards. Parking is a bit scary with signs warning they are not responsible for any break ins all around. That did not make us feel comfortable or safe. The breakfast was awesome however! The new Cinnamon Rolls are the best I have ever had!

Barely good enough to rest your head after 10 hour drive. Room was clean . Nothing else good to say.
