Holiday Inn Express Naples Downtown - 5th Avenue

There's 3 hotels in the same parking lot and Holiday Inn is the nicest but also the priciest. Overall we liked the room and the breakfast but not one time our room was cleaned even if we requested 2 times in 7 nights we stayed at the hotel. Also there's been some homeless people allowed in the back parking lot which didn't make me feel very safe.

We really enjoyed our time at Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Naples. The suite perfectly accommodated our family's specific needs. (Hubby, myself, and our son) The front desk and entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we required. The hot breakfast was an added perk, and the pool area was gorgeous. Most of all, we felt quite safe. Plus, the hotel was super clean, and all of this at a good value, since Naples in general can be a very expensive area.
