I have visited this hotel for the pass 4 years
This might be my last visit on Lakeland Florida
My daughter has graduated from college

It was clean. Good breakfast. Good size room. Room was quite. But a little costly.

From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, we were so well looked after. Very comfortable room, great facilities, gym and swimming pool and a really nice breakfast area.

From my checking in to checking out, everybody was so nice and welcoming. Extra praise for the lady who looks after the breakfast area, a big thank you for looking after us. Great that the hotel has taken such good covid precautions in this testing times for the hospitality industry. In my opinion, 5 stars doesn't do the hotel and staff justice. Would definitely recommend

We booked for 3 days which was to be a leisurely stay, which turned into an emergency stay of an additional 3 days. The hotel was very helpful in adding the additional days and making the transition easier by letting us stay in the same room. The hotel is very clean, room service exceptional and breakfasts were very good with a wide variety to choose from. We were pleased with every aspect of our stay!

The staff was very friendly Variety of items for breakfast food I beyonce was very relaxing and comfortable

Positive: Holiday Inn express is starting to be our motel of choice. Loved the step in shower. Negative: Ice machine only on the 2nd and 4th floors, but not that big of a deal
