Holiday Inn Express Kalamazoo

Walked into someone in the room they gave to me, they were shirtless. And as surprised to see me, as I was to see them.

Once I got a different room, it was pretty dirty. Not like housecleaning did a bad job, but super gross carpet, mattress protector was ripped. Tiny tv

My apologies once again that you were placed in a room that was rented I am extremely sorry. I hope you do try us again as this is not our normal. Our housekeeping department has also been alerted to your concerns.

Nice but way over priced

Comfortable bed and it was great to have breakfast.

Staff was very helpful stay was good good sleep quality good food nice place to stay

Although I would have preferred to see more COVID precautions, I had a positive experience at this hotel.

We had NO water in the hotel and unable to shower, couldn't use the toilet, couldn't get ready for the day, had to use Taco Bell water cups from the day before to brush our teeth. We discussed our concerns with the front desk and one of the staff was pretty rude. She took a deep breath

The staff was great. The rooms need renovating. There was tape holding up the shower rod. The floors had a crunching sound when you walked across them like it was rotten.
