Holiday Inn Express Jacksonville - Mayport / Beach

Stayed here for a romantic night out for hubby's bday in whirlpool suite. Room was large and clean, I don't like that there is no carpet at all (a bit slippy when getting out of tub) but it makes sense. The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all and the suites are all on 1st floor so you get all of the traffic and door slamming. We asked for extra pillows and towels but got none. I had minimal staff interaction, the lady in the morning sat in back room on her phone so we just left keys in bucket. Breakfast was nice but the staff didn't keep up with the food that was taken, so we had to share. Coffee was good.

Loud slamming doors semi decent bed

Best stay we have had so far, our third trip to Jacksonville for my husband's appointments at the mayo hospital. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was to my liking. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was awesome.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff was accommodating, kind, and welcoming, and the room was extensively clean. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly, room was clean and location was convenient for our travel needs

This hotel was within a 10 minute drive to the beaches. 10 minute drive to restaurants. Very easy on and off the interstate. I would recommend staying here to anybody. The price was half the price of what you would pay on the beach.
